Volume Pot part number?

Hey Smart Folks,
I'd like to add a volume knob to my Werkstatt, like the one on the workshop vid. My prob is I don't know that much about electronic parts and there are a lot of choices when you type in "10k ohm potentiometer" I'd like to get one that fits the case and is decent quality. Has anyone made this mod and do you have a more specific part no. or spec that will help me get the right part. I'm using Mouser for my parts but I don't think that really matters. Thanks.
