Integrated mods

Post by ayacombe » Tue Feb 14, 2017 2:32 pm

Hi

Had my Werkstatt for half a year, and I absolutely love it.
I am a bit of a noob regarding mods, but I have installed a custom pcb with VCO CV, VCF CV and GATE IN, which works great.

Now I want to make some more mods, more specifically: I would like to have these mods integrated in my Werkstatt, instead of having these breadboards and/or boxes connected.
Where do I start?

Best

First of all, I'd say use the area of the Werkstatt PCB with the free holes as much as you can. Any flying wires from there can go to the appropriate sockets, pots, whatever. Drill holes where you want them for your controls and i/o. Pretty straight forward, really. 8)

Life has got in the way of synthing lately, but I'm back on with the Werkstatt mods now (blog link in signature). It's a great little machine for tinkering with!

hi Ayacombe, did you managed to get the 555IC 2nd oscillator from the werkstatt website working? as for me... nothing is coming out following the instructions as they are.
