The keyboard works well when I play Werkstatt.
But I have a problem with KB CV OUT on the patchbay.
All keys exept for the lowest (SW 14) gives good output signals. But there are no output at all from SW14.
Any idea what can be wrong?
Keyboard problem
Re: Keyboard problem
I just got an answer from Moog:
"There is nothing wrong...the lowest key voltage value is zero volts for pitch, and each semitone is an increase of 0.3VDC as you move up the keyboard.
That is why the key is working on the synth, when you press the key it is opening the gate and the sound you hear is whatever the voltage position of the OSC FREQ knob is set to + zero volts. If you press the next key on the keyboard then the final pitch voltage is the setting of the OSC FREQ knob PLUS 0.3VDC...does that make sense?"

Re: Keyboard problem
One main thing to keep in mind is you cannot drive external VCO's with the keyboard as it outputs 3v/oct. You'll need to add a 200k resistor and 100k trimmer to calibrate the kb out to scale 1v/oct. I have done this to several Werkstatt's and it works perfect. FYI, I'll be announcing an attacment for a simple way to patch into the Werkstatt soon. It'll address the keyboad out too.
