Hey. I sent in a MF Delay back in to Moog for a repair. Any experience/ideas on how long Moog usually takes to return repairs?

It depends on what is the problem.
The time it takes to diagnose and how common the problem is

I am in Europe, and have had a Clusterflux in repair since June (first two months it was in "postal limbo" - turned out the UK vendor didn't pick up my package; so I got it back, got billed for return postage, and could spend more money on postage by sending it again). Now it has been picked up, but I don't know if my vendor ships the unit to Moog or try fixing it themselves. It's been going on forever now.
Anyway, when I needed to get the repair done (which then turned into a whole process of costs), I realized that the whole RMA thing is strictly for US residents. I wasted some time there, and I never found out if there are any advantages of registering your Moog products if you are non-US. Does anybody know? Are units normally sent to Moog for repairs?

Yeah, for non-US residents getting these products repaired is a complicated procedure.
