Hi All,
I have an MXR Carbon Copy that I love but I'm seriously GASsing for the MF Delay. When you maximise the regeneration knob and minimize the Delay knob with the CC, it self oscillates and gives you cool 'Space Invaders' sounds. I have heard that the MF Delay can't do this, and I was wondering if that was true?

Re: Minifooger Delay - Self Oscillation? (Spaceship Sounds)
Hi,
I don't have access to an MXR Carbon Copy, but I have the MF Delay. Of course 'Space Invaders' is a very subjective description. I can tell you that when the Time is at its lowest and Feedback at the top, the sound gradually fades, but if you increase the Time value just a little bit, the repetitions are easily stuck.
It depends greatly on the source. Do you have any examples on the sound you are trying to achieve?
