Cannot restore expansion packs for animoog

Hi,
I recently purchased animoog and some expansion packs, but I can't get them to download, though I have been charged. I've deleted and re-installed the app a few times, and each time it says "Downloading Purchase failed" "The download of VintageSynth Expansion Pack failed" for example. It fails for all my purchases. What can I do to fix this!!
