How to Automate Model 15 Arpeggiator

Is there any way to automate changes to the Model 15 arp parameters? For example, I would like to trigger a change to the step size at certain points in a sequence. Currently, I accomplish this by making copies of a given preset where the only difference is the given arp parameter, and I use a separate track at that point in the sequence.
