Model 15 iPad MIDI OUT

Hi, i connected a Roland F-120 digital piano to Model 15 app using Roland UM ONE Mk2 midi interface and camera connector kit.
The software recognizes immediately the device and shows it in both MIDI IN and MIDI OUT settings.
Then, if I play on the keyboard the Moog plays (as expected) using the synth engine, but the music comes only through the iPad speaker.

I was supposing that the sound could be played back by the piano itself: am I completely wrong?
Or maybe is there any setting I should change?

The Roland UM ONE Mk2 is midi only, it does not have audio output. Something like the Korg plugKEY might work for you. It has midi in and 1/4 inch audio outs.
