Well done Moog on the Animoog app. Truly marvelous!

I have been searching this forum for others who have observed that MIDI mappings created on Animoog for iPhone through the 'MIDI CC mapping' feature only function when the app is in the foreground, not in the background. It seems to have been observed here (on ipad/iphone?):

I am using:
Animoog for iPhone 1.1.1
iPhone 4s
TouchOSC (running on the same iphone, sending MIDI to Animoog)

I have also tried MIDI input via coreMIDI; the issue remains.

All MIDI input mappings created for Mod 1-4 in "Env/Mod" receive assigned MIDI input regardless of whether the app is in the foreground or background.

Has anyone else observed this issue? Is there a known solution?

This will definitely be fixed. For now, Animoog has to be in the foreground for most CC mapping to work. Apologies for the inconvenience!
