Question for Moog

Post by EricK » Mon Jan 12, 2009 3:17 am

If we ARE a Taurus, do we get an even cheaper unit than everyone else?

As an Aquarius, I say, why not? Free Taurus for Taurus's Taurus!

I'm a Gemini, and both of us agree that that is a good idea! :D

I'm a Capricorn, and frankly, this idea gets my goat.

i'm Libra and on the one hand it seems a good idea, but equally on the other it seems a bad idea, which sort of balances itself out really.

I really want one of the new Taurus 3s, but how many pedals do you guys have. So far I have 2 EP-2 for my LP and I have not got my CP251 yet. I am planning to put my boss RC-20xl, my Verbzilla and which ever of my guitar effects will work. I have the Boss FS-6 and the single pedal one. I also have my porch board. These along with the Taurus 3 and however many more EP-2 I'll need...Wow I think I'm gonna have to look for AP-1 (armpit models) so I can flap my arms for new sounds.. My real question is how many EP-2 pedals do you use. I forgot about the MP201!!!. I know I'll have to choose my poisons for live gigs cause my roadies graduated and moved out of the house.

Joe, I built my own potentiometer bank for external control of anything I want to control. I also have a MF-102 (must have) the CP-251 (must have) and MF-103 (nice to have, not required). I also occasionally use a Danelectro Dan-O-Wah. I need to build another potentiometer bank...in my spare time. I strongly suggest a homemade pot bank for anyone who can build one, as mine replaces 8 expression pedals.

The multipedal's a great thing, if you can afford it. Amos was working on a software update last I heard, and I'm waiting for that to be released before I buy one. I also am saving up for an MF-101 (must have) and a Freq Box (also a must have). Not to mention, the Walking Stick Ribbon controller I'll be buying come February.

I have 1 EP-1 pedal, 1 electro harmonix bass balls, and I have a digitech gsp pro that has a floor based footswitch bank that I never use.

Oh boy...another Aquarius! It's the dawning of the age of Aquarius... The genius and insanity are combining to form the ultimate in chaos! Extra bonus tip for anyone interested: Sam Ash is having a Hosa sale right now. Save a couple bucks on TRS cables now while you still can.
