Well the final spec is to be determined, so they haven't been made yet. Photoshop mock-ups or cardboard cut-outs will be the best you'll get at the moment.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a mockup at NAMM, but then again it might be too early in the development cycle to show a prototype if the features/layout isn't determined.

Looks like we will have to wait until the summer NAMM show to see a Taurus III mock-up or prototype - bummer. Starting to jones for real analog bass pedal sounds - my Roland JP-8000/PK-5 setup is sounding a little cold & sterile. May have to get a Dave Smith Mopho to tide me over until the T-3s arrive.

We are lucky to have the problems that we have, don't you think?

Still, just a pic to hold me over and I'd be cool for a while...

That's no joke! I am so glad to have a job that allows for such an expensive lifestyle.

Well said. I'm excited to see my T-3s as well, but I'm also very grateful that I could order them as soon as I heard they were being made. I just bought a Rickenbacker 4004 Cii bass in natural maple today, and I'm dying to hear it with my REAL Taurus. My Roland PK-5/JP-8000 "digital Taurus" setup will be retired when my T-3s arrive. These are tough problems indeed...

I inquired about this and the theremin upgrade to Linda at Moog and she said that their engineer is hard at work on the project...no prototype yet. She told me not to expect a formal announcement until mid summer maybe.

It didn't occur to me that that might cooincide with Namm.

FWIW she also said that the theremin upgrades woudn't be ready until maybe the first of march.

Of course it coincides with summer NAMM...they have to deliver SOMETHING to the droves who put money down for this thing on Sweetwater. My guess is that only a handful of us on the forums, who are Moog fanatics, are actually a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of Moog buyers...if you can believe THAT!

THey did play heavily into the "Buy these or we won't make one" center of compassion in all of us Moog Junkies too. I was going to pay my Voyager off but the Taurus pedals were announced.

Since I also yearn for another thousand bucks worth of Foogers....Moog will be staying a step or two ahead of me for awhile. (minus the 8000 for the modules that I always think about chipping away at that always ends up going towards modern Moog lolol.

Still waiting for the poly Moog synth, EricK? I know I am! Hopefully they build it before I decide on a Synthesizers.com polyphonic modular.
