Changing Minitaur sounds via footswitch

Post by stansbury » Sun Mar 22, 2020 5:28 am

I have bought a Tech 21 Midi Mouse for changing the preset sounds on my Minitaur.

However nothing happens when I try changing the sounds via the footswitch. This is an imperative part of my live playing as I use up to 4 sounds in one song.

What (if anything) am I doing wrong?

So you connect the MIDI Tech 21 Midi Mouse into the MIDI Input of the Minitaur. And use USB for a keyboard? Or how is you setup connected. And are the MIDI channels are set right?
keep on turning these Moog knobs

Sequence:
Prodigy * minimoog '79 * Voyager * MF102 * MF103 * MF104z * MP201 * Taurus 3 * Minitaur * Sub Phatty * MF105 * Minimoog 2017+ MUSE * One 16

The Minitaur uses Program Changes (PC) to switch through presets. I do this with my Roland Spd-Sx. Make sure PC's are enabled in your midi mouse, if that's an option.
