Minitaur+Sirin USB Midi Driver problem with Ableton Live on Windows 10

Post by Steril » Mon Sep 16, 2019 3:31 am

On several Windows PCs with Windows 10 I have a serious problem with Ableton Live + Minitaur or Sirin:

If I install the Minitaur+Sirin USB Midi driver, Ableton crashes, if any USB Device is turned on after the program start.
This makes the two devices almost unusable for me.
Any help?

Why aren’t you switching stuff on before launching Ableton ?
It is standard practice to have all devices you plan on using connected and powered up before launching your DAW.

The problem is still not solved. Windows 10 64 bit.
If install the Moog USB Midi driver for sirin or sub 37 the NI Komplet Kontrol will not be recogniced in Ableton Live 10.
I have to complete restart the whole PC.
This behavior is shown under 3 PCs now.
Any surgestions? Thanks!
