Hi,
I just got a minitaur but am having allot of problems from a software point of view.
Even though I can send midi to it. this is evident by the fact I can play my midi controller and the minitaur responds but from the VST instrumnet, effect, and the standalone it says that the hardware is disconnected.
Anybody that can help? thanks in advance

Re: cant connect to midi port handler.
Were you able to get this to work? I can only use the standalone editor
Cubase 8.5 pro, Windows 7 pro 64bit, Moog Minitaur, 8GB RAM, Focusrite 8i8, M-Audio Keystation 61, Roland GI-20

I have the same issue, where can we download this illusive file?
Windows 10 and Studio One V3, stand-alone works when the DAW is not running. But I get the message and can't use the editor inside the DAW.
Very frustrating.

Re: cant connect to midi port handler.
same issue. However, I did find that if you disable the minitaur in your DAW and then select it as your midi output and input in the editor the hardware disconnected should disappear. from there you can change presets and what not but when you reload your DAW you will have to enable the mini once again.
This is a small but very inconvenient work around.
