Can you post the MIDI file and I'll try it in my DAW?
Does it only trigger late when using the arp or is it also late when just playing straight notes without you triggering?
Do you have "Local" switched off?

Only the arp triggers late. Local is on.
how do I post the midi file?

There will be an export MIDI function in your DAW. Once exported you can upload here by hitting the 'Upload Attachment' tab when you reply to the topic.

Maybe try changing the extension from .mid to .jpg and it may fool the system into thinking you're uploading a picture. Or put the file in a folder and zip it and see if it allows .zip file uploads.
