Mic stand mount for Minitaur?

Hi, I mainly play the bass, and I control my Minitaur with a set of bass pedals (made by a guy off of eBay) with a wooden enclosure and organ pedals. I would like to use a standard microphone stand to make a pole mount between the bass pedals and the Minitaur, much like the old Moog Taurus II. Has anyone mounted their Minitaur in such a manner? Where did you get the hardware? My biggest initial issue is finding a mount to attach to the bass pedals so that I can screw in the bottom of the mic stand.

For attaching the Minitaur to the top of the mic stand, it looks like there are various brackets out there. Has anyone mounted their Minitaur to a mic stand before? Is there a bracket that works well? Is there a bracket that I should stay away from?
