I lack both teh skills and the equipment for a DIY project like that. Wood side kit tho, I do have a wallet heh. My Minitaur is currently housed in a tony metal case that was leftover from a set of hair clippers. Perfect fit once you remove the forms that held teh clippers and guards. Light padding, it doesn't slip around and I have all the needed cables tucked in there too

Even better if Moog could sell the wood side kit+case together for 100 or so. Might make it more worth their while, and I'd still buy it.

I agree. But I don't think we will see it until Moog releases something else in the same form factor as the Minitaur. I just don't believe this is the last of this size and shape. What it will be and when I have no idea.
