EP3 problem

I bought 2 EP3's second hand... One works great, the other seems to float meaning as if you were rocking back and forth (the slightest bit).
I open it up to inspect, very clean, no dust but I sprayed/cleaned the pots, checked the cabling is secure. still there. I could live with it but it is annoying... Any parts for these or any help would be appreciated... thx
