EP-3 Expression Pedal with EHX Pitchfork Problems

So I have an EP-3 Expression Pedal hooked into an EHX Pitchfork. The pedal used to work, but now only intermittently works. Has this happened to anyone? Might this be something I can fix by taking the pedal apart?

Hi Bachrock,
It sounds likely that it is the TRS cable, as the EP-3 is quite sturdy. My suggestion would be to try another TRS if you have one, 9 times out of 10 the cable is the problem.
