If you don't know of Modusonics already (they don't seem to be widely known), it's the remnants of Moog Custom Engineering, the company that continued servicing Moog modulars after the original Moog discontinued with their modulars, etc. This company continues to service and supply Moog modular and custom engineering products on custom order. The vocoder isn't listed on their price list (which is dramatically out of date, by the way. Figure about twice the price on the list), but I wouldn't be surprised if they'd custom manufacture it for you.
