After market wood cabinet parts
Talking with Nick Montoya today the subject of custom synth wood working came up. I made and sold a modest number of panels for the MG-1 and Rogue some years ago. They were well received but the fabrication process was tedious and problematic. I'm now seriously into my Laguna CNC router and considering investing some programming time and getting back into making synth parts with a more efficient and precise approach. I see a lot of bad press on Synthwood here. Looking at Analogics and gmuynth sites leaves me wondering if that investment is a good idea. Nick suggests end panels for Grandmother and Matriarch - same part apparently. Also apparently much simpler than the MG-1 and Rogue. What interest might there be out there?

That's a good idea IMO
One thing that bugs me about the Grandmother is the endpiece plastic isn't rounded by the keys, it is quite a sharp edge. So I suggest a smooth edge on the inside, there

Curious how the GM could be provided with wooden side panels.
Interested.
