Pitch Wheel only on certain OSC (Voyager/LP/Sub 37)

Hello all,
I have either lost my mind or am getting synths confused. Aren't you able to only make the pitch wheel on a Voyager (or LP/Sub 37) to only have one OSC destination?
Been rattling my brain scrolling through menus trying to figure out where it is. I'll take any help!
