Hold Button on Moog One works...sometimes?

Anyone know what's up with this? The hold button will SOMETIMES (randomly) hold all of the notes you play, while other times it will only hold a single note. This is killing me because I use hold in combination with the arpeggiator to...well...arpeggiate. And sometimes it just gets stuck on one note and I can't fix it, tried switching patches, restarting. It's just random. Anyone else experience this?
