Anyone else feel the same, they absolutely love their Moog products and the Marketing Team certainly know how to work their magic with Youtube and the Website, Packaging, Support Materials, Tshirts etc.. everything seems of a real high quality.. until you come to this forum.. where it feels a little bit lonely from the Moog Team... Come on Moog Make the Forums come to life add some first class support... I had to actually do a double check to see if this was actually Moog's Forum and not a 3rd Party... Its not the most important thing in the world i know but it would be nice to feel like someone is listening and can give some answers..
Love you Moog

Few of the product forums I know of have any support people that respond often.
Email support for pressing problems. I have received satisfactory product support via email and phone.

+1 agree with the post above
the forum does seem a bit quiet lately, but there are a lot of resources available if you use the search function

Yes - the forum used to be more active with several experienced techs active some time back. I believe some of the reasons have to do with the huge increase of information available on the web and that some of these techs are getting older and even passing.
