bob moog foundation donation showed up in paypal

I am almost certain I never donated to the bob moog foundation *(via "paypal giving fund", which itself is legit) , if I did it was at least a decade ago. But today I got an email saying I donated $1 to it. But I searched my email for it, and nothing came up except the current charge, and I have had the email and paypal account for well over a decade. The paypal charge has a bogus address, just a bunch of numbers, no street/city/state, and bogus phone number. I disputed it in paypal, and the system said it could find no unauthorized charges. Sounds like a scam, but it's pretty specific, so sounds like a very good one.
