Working on Moog Rogue. In key MOD it looks like everything works correct. In Bypass when release the key sound ascending. Sustain works with noise generator but not with oscillators.
Some voltages differs from the schematics. Please help.

Also have to add, when I've got the Moog the keyboard P1 connector has been plugged wrong (backwards) that way Moog works fine, just no sustain in notes, release the key cuts the sound, but no sustain.
I've replaced U13 4007 IC, U13 4538 and Q8 3904 with no result. Only significant in voltage difference according to schematics I've found are U10 pin 6 and U8 pin 6 have max +6V instead of +12 and U14 pin 7 has 5.6V should be 9.4V. Pin
