Tranqulity Base, countdown engines on

Post by HookedOnSonics » Sat Mar 03, 2018 8:34 pm

T-Minus 75 days till the years most anticipated Sonic Celebration. Will Memories resurface? Will the JUCE be set loose? Ah yes, 75 days, but then again, who's counting ... :D

It would probably never happen but if Moog does a Polysynth, I would like
To see them just go huge like Waldorf did with the Quantum.

My dream Moog poly would be like if Moog did their own version of what the Alesis Andromeda
Was supposed to be only better and modern.

16 voices, At least bi-timbral, ideally 16.
3 Oscillators per voice based on Moog Modular
Two filters, both multimode, can be series or parallel, based on Moog Modular filters.
At least 3 or 4 LFOs that go audio range
At least 3 envelopes
Extensive modulation Matrix
LED ring encoders for instant visual patch recall
And maybe a touch screen like the quantum for menus.
Touch screen can also have a mode like touchpad on Voyager
Ribbon controller.
Polyphonic aftertouch, or MPE controller capable at least.

Moog should make the heir to the throne of the Matrix 12 or Andromeda
And crush it. I don't care if it was $10,000. I would save up.
