Moog and Babyface RME audio issue with Ableton

Hi all,

I have a Babyface RME Pro connected to my Macbook laptop and Moog Sub 37 synth. I have MIDI setup but cannot get any sound from the Moog during monitoring enabled or playback during recording sessions in Ableton Live 9. I have the Ableton settings for MIDI and MIDI communication is showing good status from Ableton for the Babyface and Moog. Any ideas what I am doing wrong here? I have the Moog connected via USB and MIDI cables to the Macbook and Babyface RME MIDI ports. Here are my setups:

Now I can get sound from the monitor speakers and Babyface RME Pro for other setups so I know these work and the Moog works as well.

Here is the weird bit, when I plugin headphones to the Moog Sub 37 by itself and play notes on the synth, I can hear it! BUT nothing gets played back audio wise from Ableton. I also cannot see any EQ noise from the Babyface RME Totalmix environment. For those who have Babyface RME Pro with Moog, how did you set it up to talk to Ableton for audio recordings and playbacks?

I would appreciate insights on this as it is a big pain to get working!
