I'm restoring a Moog Satellite, one of the keys is sticky. But I don't know what kind of keybed this is, not a Pratt Reed as the normal installed in these synths. Any help great appreciated. Many Thx, T

That's not a Pratt Read keybed.

Those keybeds are from Italy. Same ones used in combos organs and in Crumar keyboards.

Moog didn't produce the Satellite synthesizers. They licensed the production to Thomas Organ, who used Italian fab houses to build their products. Since Moog was out of the manufacturing loop, Satellite synthesizers tend to be subpar quality.

Many Thanks MC, so the plot thickens, would have never guess a Italian manufacture for this keybed. Now to investigate on how to remove the sticky key. Im guessing pulling the thin rod that runs the length of the keybed, through all the brass bushings that are attached to each key. Wish me luck.
