I agree with filtered.

The MG-1 has a few more things going for it than The Rogue:

Separately selectable waveforms and octaves for each oscillator
Independently ajustable modulation levels for pitch and filter cutoff
Ring mod (called Bell Tone)
Full polyphony of its keyboard with a simple square waveform sound source (can be considered as a third oscillator)
Integrated power supply
Lower price point because of big Realistic white letters on the back

The missing mod wheel can be easily replaced by operating the two well located sliders on the far left for both pitch (vibrato) and filter cutoff (wah).
The only really missing things are the pitch bend wheel, and envelope sent to sync mode, as well as the inability to pass external signals thru the filter and VCA. The pitch CV and trigger jacks on the back are input only.
