Moog style knobs with a D-Shaft

Looking for Moog style knobs with a D-Shaft fitting, anyone know where i can get them from ?
Preferrably with a base of 16mm (1.6cm) across, and a height of 19mm (1.9cm)

Only available from Cosmo in large quantities. Digikey/Mouser/et al do not stock them.

Try Smallbear - they sell several sizes of Cosmo knob knock-offs. No D-shaft types AFAIK, but set-screw versions may work for you just as well:

I have successfully mounted the set-screw style knobs on a d-shaft pot many times. The only issue I've ever run into is occasionally the d-shafts are a bit longer and the knob has more clearance than needed above the panel.
