Taurus One

Just thought I'd post this in case it's of interest. I happened to be looking at this site just now

http://www.rlmusic.co.uk/mals_site/sale_stock_01.html

and they're planning to restore a Taurus One later this year. As they seem to be sought after I thought someone here may be keen to put in an early bid.

I'm not connected with this company and I haven't bought from them in the past, BTW.

They also have a Moog System 15.

They're now up on their site and listed for £ 2500.
They don't go cheap in the UK (esp. from a dealer) when they are in near mint condition (if they really are that is!)

RL gets about 2 Taurus 1's a year. They only buy from collectors or pro studio owners so the kit is normally in very good condition (not gigged). Then they spend many hours restoring them etc.

So, as much as a 30 year old instrument that was designed to be stamped on can be in mint condition... these are it.
