an idea for idea sharing

Post by moogmoog » Sat Mar 11, 2006 10:15 am

just registered to the board yesterday, but, having just purchased the bass murf, i'll go out on a limb and say that it would be really cool to have an easy way to share favorite settings. maybe a printable online graphic of different moog pedal images on which the knobs and sliders can be moved and saved for download or printing.

anyone know of a program that can do this? thanks in advance!

There's no program to do this, so you'd need to create a master template file of some kind. But that's not the problem - the problem is that such a file (GIF, JPG, TIF, etc.) would have to be uploaded so that it could be shared, and there's no space to do that here (the Moog forums currently don't allow uploading).

Short of starting your own web site, you might consider coming up with a way of doing it using just text. Some kind of modified listing, perhaps?

Just make GIF files and store them on Photobucket.

Use The Gimp - it's free. Or even MSPaint.
