Not this side of the pond it hasn't. Never heard anything but 3.5mm and I'm from the Imperial units era before we went SI.

Oh, and I say Moog as spelled, not with an invisible 'w'.

If the name was spelled Mogue it would simplify things...

A great announcement indeed, yes MOOG those insanely high prices signify one thing... is that you will drive business into the hands of other modular manufacturers whose systems are better priced.
Only the worlds top 1% rich people will only be able to afford these things. Moog is a great company, but come on you are shooting yourselves in the foot!!

These prices are better than modusonics, and better than vintage.
These are great systems. Build quality and timbre unmatched.

Takes the wind out of the moslab system 8a I haven't taken delivery of yet hahaha.

"Man walks into the future Backwards" H.G. Wells.

Back in the real world, all I could afford were 2 Moog Slim Phattys which I have marveled for their purity of the "Moog Sound" I use the 2 Moog Slim Phattys poly sync'd with a Roland Jupiter 50 and NI Massive, Reaktor Monarch, Razor, and Kontour. (Also creating "Sounds never heard before".. quote from Modular movie.)

I just want to add to this that this stands if these are completely NOS modulars with fotofoil panels (though re:synthesis is making those).

On the System 35 page:
finished with a photo-etched aluminum panel
Wound inductors I suppose:
907A Fixed Filter Bank: The 907A Fixed Filter Bank is a non-voltage controlled modifier, which emphasizes or reduces the gain of the center frequency bands indicated on each of the eight center pots, in addition to the cutoff points set by low pass and high pass filters at either frequency extreme. A total of 10 overlapping LC networks are included.
S-trig. whyyyyy??
911 Envelope Generators: At the introduction of a switch-to-ground {S-trigger} trigger signal from an external source, the 911 Envelope Generator produces a single voltage contour whose time/voltage variation is determined by potentiometers T1, T2, T3 and a time constant sustaining level pot {Esus}. Closure of the input trigger switch directs the voltage contour to T3 {final decay} regardless of what stage { T1, T2 or E} was in current operation. The Envelope Generator requires an S-trigger to operate. External sources must be converted to the S-trigger format.
Best of luck to you Moog!

Broadly unobtainable boutique sythesizers made to order for the mansions of the elites. This is a distraction and diversion for the nostalgic and the wealthy but a poor business decision and a slap in the face to all of the regular Joe's that keep Moog in business. Just drop the Moog name and become Mitt Romney Electronics. Wine and Cheese launch party RSVP.

I think its wonderful that Moog are reissuing and no doubt improving the old modulars. It is not the time to complain about some social justice issue on the unfairness of the price or the economic demographic snapping these up. They will be snapped up if not already preordered. Good on Moog, its about time. I wish I could afford one.
