testing out a pair of Doepfer Dark Energy ( I & II ) driven by a Dark Time sequencer.
there are a Moog Voyager & Moog model D in there too
Fun! I have a DE I module myself, and would love to have a DT sequencer to drive it. Lotta possibilities in a small package!

thanks Greg!

I initially recorded the DE's just as an experiment, with each hardpanned LR
The DE I & II are slightly different design: so was wondering how they would pair up doing a seq bass

then decided to overdub the Moog's, it sorta worked out

Been busy with these :)

In your last 110 messages in this thread, spanning the last 7 pages bordering on flooding, not once did we hear or see a Moog in your music. :?
Hmm posting music in a music thread is flooding.

The title of the thread is share your music, it also clearly states it does not have to be Moog

So whats the problem? No ones asking you to listen,

Have some manners!

Sometimes I hate the internet!

And if you'd listened you'd realize I have posted Moog!

To DavyP: I simply thought that you were perhaps taking a lot of space. No disrespect intended. Sorry if it came out that way. It's just that if I were to post a new message each and every time that I record a jam on my machines, I'd probably be doing the same thing you are. But I try to show some restraint and select only the ones that I feel are worth it, and leave room for others.
But, hey, who am I to criticize ? You can certainly do whatever you feel like.

No hard feelings.
Cheers.

All Voyager OS on this one... The band did their stuff then put the reel (8 tracked analog) in my mailbox for me to dub my parts on... fun stuff! https://fauxkillasmusic.bandcamp.com/releases

A notated piece, musica mundana, for Moog Grandmother.

Making good use of the spring reverb for the beautiful resonance in the drone. The slow piece uses the five notes found on small kanteles.

Originally an Improvisation, I've written it down to analyse the progression for myself, and as it turned out ok, I made this Illustration.

Hello!

I'm brand new to both Synthesizers AND Moog. I've always wanted to play Synths since the 90's, but it wasn't cool then, so I picked up guitar instead. Got pretty good at that SRV Texas blues stuff, but my secret interest was always those mystical noise makers!

Well, this past fall I finally dove into the world of Synths with a Roland System-8. I have since been sucked into the soundscapes and just recently, finally, got into the world of Moog and I gotta say its extremely rewarding. Got a Mother 32 for dirt cheap which then led me to my new #1 Synth: The Grandmother! This Synth is a true instrument in every way possible. Its the first synth I've played that gives me a similar connection as a vintage Stratocaster. It just sings!

Anyhooo.... about a month or so ago I started to document my learning process. Both in synth soundscapes as well as song arrangement and sound design by jamming on my synths everyday and making 4-5min videos of the live jams. I post them once a day on a YouTube channel. Its mainly so I can look back on how i've progressed, but its worth sharing.

Hope you Enjoy!

Currently as I write this post my setup is: Moog Mother 32, Moog Grandmother, Roland Jx3P (1983), Roland Juno 106 (1985), Roland System-8, Roland Se-02, Roland Tr-8.

Here’s a piece I did recently using the new Moog ONE.

All sounds and FX heard are created on the ONE.

Haven't posted in a while after getting told off for posting too much!

Anyway here's something from the OP-Z, a combo of samples and internal engines that I think highlights it's flexibility.

Also did one with the (whisper it) Boog D, think it compares well with my Model D reissue:

Appropriately named "Knock off Nigel"
