An almost all Minimoog D cover of the Stevie Wonder song "Maybe your Baby" from the Talking Book album. Simplified, and transposed.
The Clavinet sound (Yamaha Reface CP) is passed thru the Minimoog D filter with OSC3 modulating its frequency to simulate Stevie's real Clavinet passed thru a wah-wah pedal that he controlled with his foot in real time.

Enjoy.

Was this done on the vintage 2016 Model D? Very cool track. Audio sounds awesome, as well as "THE PLAYING"!!!

Soooooooooooo we are trying to understand the Sound Cloud format and how ones gets the type of quality audio uploaded that you guys are producing. We are in a video/audio investment phase. So we would assume that there is an audio interface connected to your workstation (laptop/desktop) in which your instrument is connected too? If so can you share what type or make suggestions. How do you save your track (DAW)?, and uploaded to Sound Cloud?

Thanks for any and all FEEDBACK!!!

Analog mixing board output directly connected to the stereo Line Input of my Mac Mini Unibody, with Audacity as audio recording/editing software. The resulting .wav file is then uploaded to SoundCloud (where it is compressed by them to an unknown format and compression rate).

Effects sometimes used (between synthesizers and mixing board): EHX Cathedral reverb, Boss BF3 flanger, Boss DD7 delay, EHX Small Stone phaser.

Outstanding, thank you. Got a low end Mackie PROv2 that has a USB/PC recording capability that we didn't even look for before until you mentioned it. Didn't realize that is one way to audio up to the Sound Cloud. I really appreciate your input and thanks again!!!

You're welcome.

Theses days, there are many ways to properly record, mix, and digitize our created music so that we have as much liberty and power (if not more) as did big music producers of the late eighties early nineties, when digital recording was new.

Didn't see this thread when I first posted, so I'm moving it here: I'm starting to get the hang of my Mother 32 and my Beatstep Pro. No great shakes, but this is my first proper song, methinks. Also used my slim phatty, addictive drums, and a slew of pedals, including the MF-104M. Hope you enjoy!

Two old friends, the Korg MP4 and the Minimoog, jamming together. All analog. All vintage. All trippy.

Enjoy.

I recorded an EP using a Sub37 and my voice. Honestly, it being my first hardware synthesizer, I could not be happier with how it sounds. Hope you enjoy it!

Hi,

This is a preview of a house track i recorded live with my Voyager ; it starts with an acid bass line, but from 1:44 till the end the bassline is created and tweaked live with the Voyager, enjoy the grooves :)
