How many of us own a moog product(s)?
I have a LAMM Memory Moog and have just bought a Memory Moog Plus.
About twelve years ago I owned a masive expanded modular 55 (four cabinets) ,minimoog, polymoog and all the rackmounts including vocoder but things change and life goes on and then you kick yourself for selling it all to go midi.
I have had a Voyager too serial 1031 but sold that two months ago as although memory Moogs do get bad press they are still a very powerful beast!

Hey Neil
Did you buy the mm+ that was advertised in the Southampton area not so long back? I thought that might have been you selling yours when I first read the advert . . wasn't it relatively cheap?

I've owned a brand new Polymoog once and several used Minis, Micros, etc.
My last minimoog was sold to Brian Kehew, where it was used for many years as the Big Briar/Moog Music demo unit for Namm shows.
Had you visited their booth in the past and played a Model D outfitted with a ribbon instead of a pitchwheel, that was the one.
But nowadays, I own no Moog synths at all.
There's no reason really, since there's so many other people's Moogs here all of the time.
It also allows me to see and experience a wide range of Minimoogs, for example, without having to buy several.
As a tech, it's a godsend to be able to put early RA or Musonics Minis right next to later models and compare every little difference, inside and out.
There are many differences too

Which mini sounds best?
Hi Kevin,
if you know many of the old minis, which of the serial numbers do sound best? The early R.A. Moogs, the Musonics or other? I've heard they all sound a little bit different.
Please let me know?
Thank you
Zlatko
