WTB: Moog RME

I don’t know if this is legit to post a want add in here or not. I have good cred on other boards, but am looking to buy a used Voyager RME to bring me into the world of Moog. Hence my first post here. Wondering if anyone is interested in unloading one.

I was thinking for the longest time to get a Freqbox and MF101 to add some Moog to my Euro modular, but started to think about how I’ve gone from buying small into the hassle of selling to buy what I really wanted. Which is why I’m trying to forgo the MF pedals for now and go with an RME if I can find one at a decent price.

The MF101 and the FreqBox have some features not included in the Voyager. If you feed audio into the MF101 it will deliver a control voltage which represents the current volume of the signal. The FreqBox gives you an control voltage which represents the pitch of the incoming signal.

I was thinking of still getting a 101 anyway, but I’m still looking for the full package first. Having the volume of incoming audio as a cv, I could see a lot of uses with it.

Both the Freq and the 101 have envelope followers, both can be used as oscillators, and both can be used to modify signals.

The Ringmod is a very nice one as well for some of those spacey modular type sounds.

THe RME can also be used as a very expensive Midi to CV controller if you get the assicoated expansion boxes housing their CV ins and outs.

You might can get a very good deal going to Novamusik.com and seeing what used specials they might have there.

Welcome to the forum and welcome to the world of Moog.
