This only happens sometimes. I will put in sequencer mode and every time I hit a key it inputs two steps instead of one. Sub 37, just bought. Seeing if this is a noob problem or a manufacturer’s defect. Thanks.
Do you use MIDI sockets or USB?
If you use MIDI socket try again but disconnect the cable that goes into the Moog. Do you still see sometimes two notes? If not, you had created a MIDI loop before.
