Who designed the Taurus 1?

So does anyone know who designed the Taurus 1?? Did Dr Bob design it or was it Dave Luce? Can’t find a definitive answer so far.

From What I understand Luce designed it using a 904 filter, but we all know that the Filter feedback is different, so I don’t know what spawned the diferences.

From my discussion with Bob when he was still around, he said the T1 was a Dave Luce design. Luce did copy the 904A LPF according to Bob so the modifications to the T1 filter were Luce’s work. Luce’s name also appears on the patents for the T1.
