My sub37 had yellower keys after 3 years of exposure to (in)direct sunlight.
It seems to me that the Subsequent 25/37 have newer “yellow turning resistant” keys.
Anybody knows if the Fatar keys on the Moog one are resistant to turning yellow?
Never seen one with yellower looking keys. Neither a yellowalized subsequent for that matter.
Thanks!
I have a Sub 37 from 2015 and the keys have also yellowed some. It only gets indirect sunlight. I suppose its just the plastic they used then?
My SubPhatty sits where no direct sunlight ever gets. And it got very yellow keys by now. While other keyboards with a Fatar keybed are still white. Or my Prodigy sitting next to the SubPhatty also got white keys despite his age.
So I think this is a problem with the type of plastic used by the company that built the keyboard action and sold it to Moog.
