I think they are awesome. I quite like the white wood kit against the regular Phatty. Which leads to a question… does anybody have a few Phatty’s and using Poly? I know it’s overkill but I wouldn’t mind having a Slim to accompany my LP.
I think they look quite nice - very Oberheim-y, although I’m happy with my standard back versions..
To answer your poly-Phatty question - yes, this is my 3x Phatty Poly Chain/Semi-Modular - with patchbay, dual CP-251’s and rack line mixer (plus other MF’s not shown):

I love using poly mode, but I also equally enjoy stacking all the units on one monophonic key press (be it all on the same patch for 6-oscs of phatness, or layered different patches), and treating them as separate individual synth voices triggered and modulated by CP-251’s etc. - you get the point, they’re very versatile.
I also love how you can have all the following SP’s controls slave to the LP. So you do things like set up different patches, and sweep all the filter cut-off freq’s with one knob, even though they may have different amounts of resonance etc. set.
Fire me any specific questions if you’d like..

I think the whole lunar series stuff looks cool, but when one has a system with all black, it is a bit odd to see something white poking out.
One can make an exception for Modcan and Oberheim! haha
I think the whiteface Moog stuff will be a rarity way on down the line.
