Hi,

The statement above.

> You can continue using your **existing login details** to access the new forum.

Is not correct.

My logon was no longer working as my user name (as recorded in my password manager for the old forum) is **Derek Cook** but I could no longer log in with that.

It was by messing about with re-registering that I figured out my user name had changed to **Derek\_Cook**.

But when I tried logging in with that name, it still didn’t work.

I had to do a password reset request.

Not being able to have spaces in a display name is a bit daft in my view. Can that be changed?

Admins,

This forum is pretty hideous. For anyone concerned that the wealth of content might end up scrapped, there are recent scans in the [archive.org](http://archive.org) Internet database.

This forum looks pretty rough[(RockSoft Tech)](https://rocksofttech.com/), but recent backups of its content are safely available online.

Where or how to report users just adding links for non music related websites? There was this button to report on the old forum.

Found it. But I am missing to tell where the problem is. In one posting you see the unwanted external link only if you do not unfold the whole quoted text.

Just wanted to say hello and looking forward to reading your comments. At present I think I will be an observer for the time being. Hopefully once I get to know the people here and the communitys I will have more of a better understanding.

Far from it, I’m not new to the world of creative music and I’m wanting to learn more about the art and how it all came together. I have been reading quite a bit about the history behind Moog and other very similar Synths, ARC2500. For now I’m content with my iPad Pro as it’s a little smaller.

I want ramble on any more. But obviously I have the Moog app on my iPad with other apps. I didn’t realise how daunting it was to find the right information and place too ask. I would not suggest REDIT 😆

Cheers all. So having read various posts. I m somewhat jealous. Ideally I’d like to be using the product as apposed to a app. But I think if I bought this back home there could be a problem with the mrs.

Last post early start tomorrow.

So plugin wise. A couple of what I think are good, Bam Bros Trouble Maker. Also their Rusmaker drum kit. Bam Beat maker/ mixing kit Imaginando. Not sure about that company as every app is in app purchase.

I also use Groove Box by Novatation. Crap app though No way to export a full wav file.

Factory from Sugarbytes, I really want to use it but it just seems to complicated for me at this moment.

Daw wise. AUM another one that I tried to use. I couldn’t even find a decent copy of how it works. It has put me off. But in time it might be worth getting too grips with it again. I have been told that it’s the Royals Royce of DAWs.

That’s me for now.

I was hoping that the BAM app would work out for my current needs. I probably need more time to get used to it.

speak soon

Tim
