Sorry to hijack the forum but I sent emails to your support and never got a response.
I paid for the VST mac editor for the slim phatty about 3 months ago and could never download it - the download link didn’t work.
I’ve lived without it but now I need to use it and I’m a bit annoyed I could never get this software or a response.
My order number was 3**1 and email address jea**********arin@gmail.com ( parts blanked out for obvious reasons )
Could someone forward this to support and I will be happy to provide them with the full details.
