Voyager Xl touchscreen question

hey guys,

2 days before i bought the minimoog voyager xl and i love this thing. The modular system, ribbon field and touchscreen is something new for me. My first Moog is a prodigy and never had to deal with touchscreen etc.

My problem:
I followed the advice in users manual for using the touchscreen. Nothing
happened.

  1. Edit mode: Init. Parameters (1.3)

  2. T.S. Destinations (5.1)

  3. T.S. X

  4. Dest: Osc 1 Oct
    MIDI CTRL No. OFF
    Direction Normal
    TS-X Amount 100%
    TS-X LFO & S&H ON

  5. Turn LFO knob to rate of 0.8

Still nothing…

Do i forgot to turn a knob on or something else?

Was searching for a while, found nothing on youtube or somewhere else. I hope
you guys can help me out. Hope my touchscreen isn´t broken…

Under the MASTER Functions go to Local Control. Make sure T.S. is ON

T.S. is On, still nothing…

Hmmm - doesn’t sound good. Does TS Y or TS A work? Maybe a loose/disconnected cable? Probably needs to be sent in or at least call Moog service.

No, TS X TS Y TS A is not working. Nothing on the touch screen.

I´ll write a mail now, we will see what the problem is.
