Voyager XL - Edit Button Issues, Help

For the life of me I can’t figure this out. I want to load the default parameters from the “EDIT” button. I have done this several time before. I have had my XL now for about 2 weeks.

The manual states “Press the EDIT button, and press the +1 button until INIT PARAMETERS is highlighted, then press ENTER, Use the cursor button to select ‘Yes’ and press ENTER”.

I follow the instructions, I press the EDIT button, now nothing happens, zilch, nada, where previously it worked fine. Can anyone please advise me on this? Thanks!

I am resolved after some research and discussion with Moog tech support that my “EDIT” button on my XL is broken. Go figure! Five G’s for a synth and cursed by a $1.50 switch. :angry:

Question, has anybody else had a “EDIT” button failure on either a Voyager or XL?
