OSC 3 is routed to VX 351 Bus out 2 (- 4V to + 4V)to Attenuator to Pan CV in
the Pan cv in is bipolar.(-2,5 V to + 2.5V)
if OSC 3 works in LO Mode its Panning
in HI Mode its Ringmodulation.
OSC 3 KB Cont “on” to control both Oscillators with the Keyboard.
