Voyager vs Ham Sandwich

hmm.

well, i can play the Voyager at a gig … but if i eat this sandwich i’ll fuel my music making for another 8 hours.

Voyager: one note polyphonic
Ham Sandwich: 2 slices of bread

Voyager: 4 pole ladder filter
Ham Sandwich: 4 ounces of ham

man … i’m having difficulty making up my mind.

can someone help me with this issue?

If only Pighood were here…

Eric you’re killing me over here

am i blinding you … with sandwich!?

i’ve always been something of a ham fisted keyboard player, but that’s another story… Cheese and tomato v Voyager, perhaps?

Unknown, with your ham fisted playing and my cheesey sounds orange you glad we keep playing for all those hot tomatoes in the crowd so they can cut the mustard to keep putting bread on the table.

Man, I almost sprayed Diet Coke all over my keyboard. That was great!

The difference:

2 slices of pizza: . . . . . . . . fits into my budget

Voyager: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . DOESN’T!

Roland JX-10: . . . . . . . . . did.

I came out of fucking retirement from posting just to commend you on making the BEST post ever. You are a god amongst men.

ps… go for the sandwich dude

In similar intrest as the VL-1 thread, where it was stated that you could hook 200 VL-1s together for the price of one Voyager, you could hook many more ham sandwhiches together. The current going price of a ham sandwich (according to http://www.wholesomefoodsinc.com/storeproducts.cfm) is roughly $2.00 and the current going price of a VL-1 (according to http://vintagesynth.com/) is $25.00.

$25.00*200=$5000.00 and $5000.00/$2.00=2500

For the price of one Voyager you could buy 2,500 Ham Sandwhiches, and hook them together to make a 2,500 Hamoccilator Sandwhich Synth. I would taste the best of all play more than one note at a time. Awesome.

This silliness really must stop - we’ll all get shot!

Shot with what, Unknown? An air rifle with pellets? :stuck_out_tongue:

No, more like four-letter words!
