Voyager RME Rebooting

Hi all,

My Voyager RME started playing up a month or 2 ago, used to stay on for 20 mins then reboot but now the problem has got worse and it just constantly reboots to the moog screen and cuts out again.

I tried keeping it on long enough to do a firmware update but this has also not worked. I think it’s a hardware issue.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Contact Moog Music support by email, they should be able to help you out. It might be a switching mode PSU problem.

Did Moog help you out? Was it the PSU switching mode?
