Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Voyager RME. Most of the sound don’t respond to midi notes pitch. I mean that when i play different notes, the pitch of the notes stay the same, whatever i play on the keyboard.
Did someone have this problem ? Do you know what to try to fix the issue ?

If you have a MIDI keyboard controller directly connected to your RME, and nothing else aside from the power cord and output jack, and the RME and MIDI controller are on the same MIDI channel and the pitch doesn’t change when playing different notes on the keyboard, it is probably a failure. In such case I would suggest contacting Mood Music about it.
Otherwise, it could be a MIDI issue with your DAW or MIDI set-up maybe ?
